Pros

It's flexible in that you create your own schedule (to an extent)

Cons

Must work a minimum of 15 hours a week and make your schedule two weeks ahead of time. Only full-time employees get benefits so if you're a stylist (only allowed to work 29 hours/week) you get no PTO, and work most holidays even when the warehouses and your leads don't. This makes styling difficult. The job is also very monotonous. Same thing, different client, day after day. I get excited for the quarterly all-stylist calls with HQ just because it gives me something different to do for an hour.

Pros

Free snacks, can listen to music/podcasts on your phone, discounts on products, easy job as long as you’re fast

Cons

The company seems to care very little about the health and safety of their employees. Someone in the warehouse (possibly more) had COVID-19 and they still wouldn’t close the warehouse. Favorites of leads and supervisors do bare minimum while being praised for their work. They don’t care how packages look when they are sent out because “it will move around in shipping”. Literally all the care is that you are hitting your numbers, no matter what corners you have to cut to do it.

Poor PL and Management

Pros

They offer free snacks. You get two 10 min breaks with a 30 min lunch. There are some cool people to work with.

Cons

The 'leadership' is horrible! In the picking department, where newcomers start, the PLs do a poor job helping associates. They keep demanding more while they either sit all day or talk for 90% of the day. A leader would help when volume is down, but not them. If you happen to get injured it is pretty much brushed off and mostly considered a 'muscle strain' Also, if you are a top performer you are basically the same as people who do little to no work since there is no compensation besides having recognition in a morning meeting. There is little to no chances of moving up in the company and in honesty there appears to be some bias choices made when the opportunity arises. If you like to constantly be bossed around and be reminded of what you have to do every 5 minutes then you will not mind it here.
