      Awesome discount/shopping events/work from home

      Cons

      Stylists pay the price for perpetual lack of inventory and popular pieces. Management use terms like “think outside of the box” and “get creative” when they expect you to send tank tops in the winter and turtlenecks in the summer. Many customers won’t hesitate to berate you and rip you to shreds.
