Not what I expected. Surprise, it’s terrible.

Pros

Catered lunches, diverse culture, events. If you truly love helping others, don’t expect to be rewarded for that here. They will smile and tell you that quality customer service is what they are here for in the beginning, then once you get here and fall short of your productivity goals, they will snatch you up regardless of your 100% customer satisfaction rating, and tell you your work isn’t good enough and belittle and insult your work ethic in the process. News flash, satisfactory results take a little longer to achieve!

Cons

Expectations, not clear with intentions, unrealistic production obsession, cliquish, hazing, hypocrisy, and hr issues. I would love to give a personal example here, but it would compromise my anonymity. Just do yourself a favor and don’t work here unless you are a student that desperately needs to make money. Otherwise, don’t. It’s not a real career.

Pros

Benefits, Schedule, Free snacks etc

Cons

I've been here for two years. I know some that have been here for 3 years. And out of those two to three years, we got one freaking dollar raise! The policy that they have on the pay increase absolutely ridiculous. This company is worth a billion dollars and you can even give your employees a pay increase? That's not fair to us at all. Once the company went public, it became a lose-lose situation for the employees. We're losing hours by going home early every day. No Overtime what so ever. Once I find another job, I am gone.

Pros

Culture was okay. They had free snacks at all times for employees, which saved on lunch. Great discount on clearance clothes. 4 day work week was great, 10 hour days. Random lunches provided. Sometimes they had food trucks outside. Management was open to all to speak on anything.

Cons

All warehouse is paid the same based on market. Meaning, in so many words, that regardless of efficiency, etc, you would be paid the same as the person who roamed around talking to everyone and not working. Leads would state who made the top numbers for the day before at each morning meeting, which kind of boggles the mind. What incentive is there to push as hard as you possibly can to get a high number (past target) when your only recognition was your name being called at a 15 minute meeting? Raises push people to work harder and do better. Not giving any type of raise due to market pay gets you stuck in the drone position. They have a high turnover rate and were constantly asking if people wanted to go home on 'Volunteer PTO' due to workload. One day they did this and then in the afternoon pushed everyone that was left to kick it into high gear due to not meeting efficiency. Also, there is no IT onsite. If a system goes down, you may get sent home. It happens alot. Other departments would cause issues on if they didnt organize hangers or supplies which would in turn affect everyone's speed. I really initially liked this company, but unfortunately its disorganized. Hopefully they change their mind on the pay as I don't know how they would retain good workers.
