      Great when personal styling was actually personal

      I loved the styling aspect of this job! Creative, flexible schedule, fully remote

      Cons

      Inventory was almost always low, AI took over & we were pushed to “trust the algorithm” it was no longer styling but the program styling for us. Metrics became stricter as we were just supposed to allow AI to style client, write note & send.

      Maybe flexibility. Employee discount on cheap clothes that are extremely overpriced for the quality

      Horrible management, they do not care about you at all you’re completely disposable to them. There’s a pay cap that many employees reached years ago so there’s no incentive to go above and beyond because there’s no opportunity for raises. They are fully going out of their way to fire their highest-paid stylists because they can get cheap labor to push buttons now that everything is done with AI
