God forbid you get sick, your kids have an emergency, etc. and you have to miss work that is A guaranteed 2 points. The point system is idiotic, you can’t clock in no more than 3 minutes before your shift which you have to wait in line behind 1,000 other employees who have to also clock in, never worked at A job where there’s no grace period, the metrics change daily they want you to work like A slave whether work is provided to you on time or not it will still count against you, you’re better off working at McDonald’s cause Stitchfix is A sweat shop.
