Pros

Flexible, kind of. That's about it.

Cons

As a part-time remote stylist, you are treated as a different community than at HQ even if you're in the Bay Area. Stylists are at the bottom of the totem pole and looked down upon even though we do all of the creative styling with their non existent inventory. No benefits with no incentive to try to grow your career with the company. This is just a side job and should not be delved into if you want to break into the fashion world or learn real world skills. HQ itself mirrors a sorority house that is not genuine with their own stylists. The quality of clothes vs the price point is absurd. Even with an employee discount, the merch is not worth the price. Buyers need to up their game. Private labeling is great for profit but is wasteful and a cheap way to go that results in poor quality in products.

Pros

- female leadership - beautiful downtown office - free weekly lunch - fun coworkers - flexible schedule - great benefits

Cons

- can feel like a dead-end - cliqueish - advancement opportunities are few and far between - if your lead isn't a good match for you, then you basically will never move up
