Pros

Work/Life balance is pretty good, the shift is 8-430 Mon-Fri. The lunch room is stocked with all sorts of great food and drink combinations. The entire warehouse meets and have parties. The GM often buys catered lunches. Lots of great people work here, and the floor area for each department is organized.

Cons

Management gets in its own way time and time again. Whether it's favoritism, lack of active listening, or poor communication. There is always going to be an issue. Leaders often speak of having open transparency, but it's more like selective transparency. Often when changes are made, it is not communicated well, or at all, with specialists or associates.

Awesome culture and values, fulfilling work, interest projects. Mostly great coworkers. Free food and swag. Focused on fun a lot.

Cons

Micro managing boss , very little support from recruiting. Can be difficult to work through approval chains for almost anything. Can feel like a mean girls club sometimes.
