Pros

Passionate employees, inspired mission, innovative concept.

Cons

Lots of supply issues to meet the demand. Supervisors tended to be understanding of this issue, but was ongoing challenge. Lack of variety in product to please long-term customers.

Pros

flexible hours and work from home.

Cons

Inventory management is a failure and will continue to be with the current business model. Stylists are held accountable for client satisfaction yet are frequently forced to send out crappy Fixes they feel awful about because there's nothing better available. Stylist burnout is a huge problem. The job is sooooo repetitive and monotonous and the pay is too low to make it worth it or sustain job satisfaction. The 4 Fix per hour demand is too difficult and both creativity and client satisfaction are left on the line to suffer. The reality is stylists often end up working off the clock to meet the high demand. The company is a revolving door of stylists so when stylists quit, nobody cares because there's already a whole new crop in training that week. My last day was this week and not one word was even mentioned by my lead to the rest of the team to let them know I was leaving- silence. I worked there (performing very well always) for 1.5 yrs and not one word when I leave. This is always the case- tons of stylists quitting, tons being hired to replace. Revolving door- nobody cares, no recognition, you're already replaced and nobody notices you're gone.
