      none- used to be fun but when they went public it has gotten progressively worse - taking away flexibility, lousy pay, act like they care but then stab you in the back.

      Cons

      See above. In addition, the Founder is on Forbes top wealthiest women in the world and yet they pay crap. They talk about diversity but it is 99.9% white.

      Going downhill

      Work from home. small discount on merch

      Cons

      Been here for 7 years. You will need two jobs to have a living wage. The company really has been going downhill for a while now. It gets harder to work here every day. The flexibility that used to be the big benefit is gone. You won't move up as it is pretty known in the company that (while it used to be a thing that happened with work and merit) you need connections or a popular instagram to make more than super low pay. It really bums me out because of what the company was and what it could have been.
