Pros

I don't know if there are any left at this point.... I guess just working from home is the only pro.

Cons

LMFAO well to start the company gives literally *0* cares about it's PT stylists. After working here for 3 yrs. they've changed completely. New CEO started on 8/2 and apparently took with her all of the flexibility and autonomy that the company offered. Honestly you'd be better off working somewhere else. I'm not surprised by the turnover.

Be careful of false 5 star reviews

Pros

You can work from home. You get a 40% discount on the clothes.

Cons

Do not believe the 5 star stylist reviews, those are clearly from management planting reviews. For example, the most recent review about their commitment to the LGBTQA+ community and Black Lives Matter movement is smoke and mirrors. Stitch Fix asked for donations to BLM from their own hourly employees and then two weeks later laid off those same employees who donated their hard earned money. Stitch Fix does not have a single Black designer or company that they partner with for inventory. Their "commitment" to the LGBTQA+ community is an email during Pride month. They might send you a rainbow sticker in the mail. That's it. None of their brands are LGBTA+ focused. Don't be fooled by their "advocacy." Honestly, Stitch Fix, it's insulting. Please stop.

Pros

Somewhat interesting work if there was proper management and guidance

Cons

Terrible leadership. Mostly white women who treat others poorly. I have felt targeted due to my age, pregnancy and later status as a mother. Imagine being constantly berated but the main issue is lack of leadership, no vision, no mentor ship to set us up to be successful. It’s exhausting to work here. You are not supported or treated as a person. VP level leadership lacks vision, ability to set goals, is unable to coach anyone successfully. They only know how to criticize, berate, belittle and make people feel not good enough.
