Toxic internal positivity-beyond fake! NEVER enough Inventory to successfully style a client. Algorithm is AWFUL and client's blame stylists. NO creativity anymore in job (very mundane). Stylists are now pitted against other team members with everyone seeing your stats. You have to style very quickly which in turn lacks the time clients deserve to curate a great Fix, but don't worry upper management will always claim they have your back. FT employees get unlimited PTO, PT employees get 40 hours of unpaid time off a year-that's it! The leads are high school cheerleaders that usually don't have much experience beyond the yes ma'am mentality to upper management. You won't get promoted if you are one that challenges changes.
