Never heard from management unless it was something negative which feels very isolating and unsupported. Culture seems disingenuine. There is not enough inventory to properly style clients and give them pieces that they love. This leads to unhappy customers and lower metrics. The company then pushes these metrics to the extreme which is very stressful if you take your job seriously. This lack of inventory also means working on your scheduled shifts is difficult so what seemed to be a "flexible" schedule isn't. I found myself attempting to work multiple evenings and found not enough inventory so I had to log in the next night to make up for this.
