You get to work from home and make your own hours but it isn’t as flexible as you’d think
Cons
Never enough inventory to style correctly, expect inspired notes without inventory, expect you to work quickly without inventory. Management is under trained and clueless. They send cookie cutter emails that are always critical, even if you have excellent metrics and are always micromanaging
