- Culture - Senior Management (no diversity) - Unapproachable/unsupportive HR team - Ability to take on feedback - Utilising technology, knowledge or experience for the benefit of the business - Actual service - better competitors in the market and no ownership of real customer complaints - No career opportunities, roles not being backfilled, no internal vacancies, roles advertised internally then cancelled after interview processes have been conducted - Expectations of role outside of working hours - Low Job security, widespread redundancies in all countries and departments, 2 months after large bonuses given out and seniors flying business class for travel
