Pros

You get a store discount on groceries. The scheduling is flexible within reason. They run store contests with rewards during fundraisers

Cons

Like any customer service job that deals with a lot of people, you're going to get abused sometimes. Hard for people who really want to work to get enough hours.

Pros

Really friendly associates and alot of the managers do try and help you

Cons

I dont know where to start, this cutting hours for all p/t people is crazy. They are the backbone of your company not the top rate, getting older F/t people.Moving up is next to impossible unless you know someone. The job is good for a high school kid or as a limited hours second job.
