Pros

The atmosphere was very friendly, I met some of my good friends while working here. If you prove you are a good worker there is room for promotion/more responsibility. Hours were very flexible and working in the union gave me extra security, along with paid sick days and vacation time.

Cons

Can get boring at times when it is not busy. Upper management was not very friendly towards lower workers, definitely picked their favorites. Complaints about upper level management were usually ignored or disregarded. Also lots of drama, very reminiscent of high school.
