Pros
They are pretty flexible about working hours for students. Very casual dress code. They give out an employee benefits card that gave you points towards groceries.
Cons
Most of the other cashiers are high school/college kids who weren't at all serious about the job. They goof around and "hide" behind their registers so that everyone else has to pick up the slack. Most front end managers were college kids who showed extreme favoritism towards their friends and did nothing to reward hard workers.
