Despite upper management losing their grip on reality, the people doing the actual work are mostly great!

Cons

Company is in total cost cutting mode, no future growth on the horizon. And then surprised when the product is suffering. Everything going overseas, and upper management just leans hard on everyone to get things done with cardboard and bubblegum
