The position can be done from home.

Cons

The leadership is unfortunately ill-equipped to perform their roles. They didn't understand the products, the systems used, or the client focus, which makes it hard to learn from people that know less than you do. Plus, the commission structure changed with the season. Every time someone made a very large commission on a product, they lessened the commission for the next time so you'd never make that same amount again. I really thought this was a great company to work for and quickly saw behind the curtain. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for growth, as they also do not give annual raises to any of the support staff. Imagine making the same amount you made 5 years ago, even though the company has grown at least 6 times.
