- Daily lunches - Lots of partying (if you are into that)

Cons

- Lots of people leaving - Don't listen to the positive reviews - They are shills from HR - Shady stuff to pay check - They find ways to get you dismissed without paying your unemployment - No upward career path - Not a lot of people use storage. I swear it's fake inside sales. - They love to waste money at this company. - Only people that socialize gets promoted. - People are NEVER in the office (probably too busy socializing) - Fear of criticizing anyone - you will get fired

It's unfortunate that you have such a negative point of view on your experience at SpareFoot. As a company that seriously values feedback and tries to improve constantly, I always look for something to learn in any kind of critical review. However, the cons in this review are crazy falsehoods that contradict each other. Please feel free to stop by my desk, which is wide open, to share your feedback. Believe it or not, I can even show you real proof that 12 million people per year use self storage!
