So many things have changed on my team, esp with people leaving. Not good pay for being in the industry for 8+ years.

Decent perks, new location, pleasant atmosphere, decent health insurance benefits.

Cons

Managers constantly changing directions. The leaders are disorganized and change their direction from one week to the next. Frat boy, startup culture especially in engineering. There will be many fake paths of career progression put in front of you but in reality this organization is shrinking, not growing.

I've found it to be a fun and engaging work environment. My colleagues are smart, humble, and hold themselves to high standards. I appreciate that leadership supports taking risks and is quick to course correct when something's not working. I'm currently dealing with a personal loss, and have felt supported at SpareFoot every step of the way. The lunches are incredible, and truly make my life easier. I'm excited about the opportunities for growth I see at SpareFoot and am so glad it's where I've landed.

Cons

The office space, while in a great downtown location, is not ideal for getting things done due to lack of privacy and separation between teams on different floors.
