We’re assuming that you’re alluding to career growth and although we don’t have anything formal across the business, we are beginning to put together some structure on the natural progression of our talent, function by function. Like most startups and smaller companies that are in high growth mode, a lot of growth opportunities stem naturally when scaling. As you know, we’ve had to focus a lot of attention on our M&A integration the past few years so feel free to tee up a discussion with a member of the POps team and/or your manager if you’d like to discuss your own trajectory or go into more detail regarding your sense that management isn’t listening to you.
