Remote Flexible PTO Some great people

Cons

Toxic is honestly an understatement. The culture has deteriorated to a point where having an opinion, idea, or concern feels pointless, no one is listening. Leadership is centralized around two voices: the CPO and CTO. Everyone else is expected to fall in line without question. Constructive feedback is not welcome, and psychological safety is nonexistent. I've personally witnessed leadership speak to employees in a patronizing, dismissive tone, more like scolding children than collaborating with adults. The environment prioritizes compliance over creativity, and conformity over collaboration. If you're someone who values professional respect, healthy dialogue, and the ability to contribute meaningfully, this is not the place for you.

I was always paid on time.

Cons

Do not work for this company. They try and pretend to be a big friendly company. They aren’t. I promise you the second you aren’t exactly as useful as they want you they will cut you. Not doing enough? Cut. Doing too much and making someone look bad? Cut.

- extremely disorganized - poor communication from leadership - inexperienced management - seems like nothing is ever done when issues are presented, which results in problems down the road - three strikes you're out mindset
