I've had many jobs in my life and must say that I don't recall any other where there was such a lack of bs. I've encountered no abuse of power, nasty attitudes, backstabbing or disgruntled employees. What I have consistently experienced in my 3.5 years here is a very healthy, professional environment where if you conduct yourself like a responsible adult you will be treated likewise. I enjoy a high degree of autonomy (no micro-managing) where my voice is heard and ideas are seriously considered. The professional standards are high and quality work is demanded. Overall, a great place to work.

All the employees are highly qualified, professional and work hard — without the gossip and drama that I’ve encountered in other workplaces. People respect each other’s abilities and skills, so you are trusted to do your job — there is no micromanagement here. The work is challenging and interesting. There are always new clients: The projects change regularly so you’re not doing the same work every day. The company is very knowledgeable about trends in websites and SEO, which means that I am constantly learning. And the kitchen is kept well stocked with coffee, snacks, breakfast bars and more!
