Pros

Straight North is a company that gives you what you put into it. If you work hard, learn and grow, this will be a wonderful place to work. Executive management is honest and transparent and internal teams seem to have a great cohesiveness. This was evident during the toughest months of COVID-19 and the company has come out even stronger since then.

Cons

There is a bit of a "reactive" culture when it comes to hiring which makes some months difficult for teams. But I don't see this as anything other companies aren't doing and most people understand that.
