As one of the fastest growing companies in a dynamic, changing marketplace we are sometimes forced to confront difficult employee decisions. Terminating an employee is never taken lightly, but we believe that one of the real benefits to our employees and our clients is that Straight North acts thoughtfully and decisively when there is not a good internal fit between our company and the employee. In addition, your post is simply factually inaccurate; our employee and client retention rates are excellent, and we are very proud of achieving such high metrics. Unfortunately, this often comes at the price of making difficult employment termination decisions. We wish you nothing but the best and hope that you find a better employment situation.
