Business Outlook
Pros
Company supports the bulk of its employees in surface areas with amenities and such. In certain categories upward mobility is possible and was fairly consistent. The quality and personality of the employees and management are generally high.
Cons
The ability to recognize collaborative success is lacking. People work in silos and if it all pulls together, great. When it doesn't it's a train wreck. In some area the company cannot make up its mind what it really wants. Ex-employees pay the price, and thensome. There's not a whole lot of muttering because people respect each other too much. There is a touch of cliqueishness like most workplaces.
