Toxic working environment with long hours and unprofessional senior leadership. Constantly receiving texts or calls from executives during weened or holidays to work on fire drills. CEO screams at senior leadership during meetings.

I met a couple great people. Decent products. That’s it. There are no other pros. Do not work here.

Cons

-Terrible pay -Terrible benefits -No culture, just chaos. -Misogynistic leaders who micromanage and talk down to employees -Incestuous leadership—no fresh, creative talent at the top just whomever is part of the rat pack. -They don’t and will not care about you. -Work environment is as toxic as Chernobyl -Zero vision, all about profit, employees run around like chickens feeling unvalued and lack purpose. -Onboarding was a joke. Don’t expect to feel welcomed—-just get to work on the reports demanded by leadership. -Women beware, this is a boys club.
