* Some of the best and smartest people I've ever worked with * If you are grandfathered in on compensation bands it's pretty solid (for now)

Cons

* Drastic cuts in new salary bands meaning it's been difficult to hire at the same bar as before. This also causes internal strife as some employees make way more than new employees. * History of making employee-unfriendly changes to policies, compensation, etc * Not public so stock valuations are always suspect making it hard to value * Hiring mostly in EU while starting to mandate RTO makes no sense

Decent core product Decent internal documentation Used to be good ratings/morale, now its collapsing at record pace

Cons

- Pay is abysmal now, basically trying to scoop up people on expiring visas to save money - Leadership way out of its league, lots of double speak - Stock based comp consistently a joke and repeatedly have found ways to screw over employees - HQ is in a horrible location, the actual desk areas are pretty bland - The food and snacks at HQ are insanely overly health focused and really aren't good because leadership wont allow it. (Chefs do their best given the parameters) - No incentive for promotions to existing employees, basically wont get more stock and will get negligible increase in salary.

Doesn't know how to work with remote employees. Isn't true to their word about longevity of a project. Isn't customer-centric. You'll lose money with options.
