Don't care about employees well being when life changing events happens, will fire you with no notice very high turn over rate

Well funded company with poor management

Pros

Remote work flexibility Salaries used to be top of market

Cons

Management does not effectively manage. The strategy seems to be hire fast and hold regular large-scale layoffs when they've glut their numbers, Constantly changing priorities led to little success and lots of frustration. No thoughtful growth prospects for high performers. Many high performers essentially wither and die because leadership does not effectively develop talent. No clear financial measures shared with the company. Leadership says company is doing fine, then lays off 70+ people and say it's a long term "strategic decision". Happened three times in two years.
