Pros

You schedule everything around the times you want to work and then you work pretty much independently. Anytime you have any questions, someone is always quick to reply back to you.

Cons

Sometimes you have to drive really far to meet clients, and most of the tutoring hours are in the evening (after 5 pm) so you get stuck in tons of traffic trying to reach clients.

Pros

The programs are top notch for students, communication is great between tutors and managers, flexible schedule. Professional, friendly, caring employees.

Cons

Tutors are not compensated for time spent communicating with families after each session. Work is inconsistent. Sometimes I will have multiple students but then go months with no students.

Pros

I love working with my supervisor. She is very approachable with concerns and gives good constructive criticism on how to improve my tutoring. More than anything, I have gotten more assignments and money here than any other test company I worked for.

Cons

I wish I can do this full-time!
