Pros

They make sure you are trained. They work with your schedule. The program managers are great to work with.

Cons

You can go a while with no students, then get slammed with a bunch. Also they've changed the review process for raises at least 3 times since I was hired.

I appreciate your feedback, both the pros and the cons. Our tutor managers will be glad to hear you appreciate their support. Please keep passing on your thoughts on the new tutor raise and evaluation system as we're trying to improve it for this summer's back-to-school season. Best, -Greg Co-Founder & President

I'm glad you've enjoyed your time with us, and our service directors agree we need to shorten the wait time for new tutors to start work. If you have any thoughts on the best way to do that, please let me know. You can email me on g.zumas@studypoint.com Best, Greg Co-Founder & President
