most of the folks you work with are smart and good workers some bad apples here and there, but what company doesn't have at least some...
Cons
-pay is terrible compared to other company's within the industry -not enough experienced personnel to properly staff projects and efficiently complete tasks -decisions made by the upper management have fallen within grey areas of ethical business practices -lack of communication between depts. sometimes information is intentionally kept from internal groups upper management seems to either be aware of the issues but not care, are blissfully ignorant with heads in the sand, or are actively engaged in the destruction of the company to fit some hidden agenda(s)
