Pros

Only thing good about this company is the offshore allowance when you go offshore.

Cons

Everything from upper management to people in the company. Managers tried to force people out so they can bring in their people by telling you to cross train their people and let you go when there’s no need for you. People there are in the good ole boys club and kiss butt to management to keep their job.

across-the-board fear and uncertainty for company's future, demoralizing work environment, complete lack of transparency from corporate level, people leaving in droves
