      Pros

      Great pay with no further education with great benefits for my partner and myself. Two weeks paid vacation and one week of sick time starting.

      Cons

      Reactive most of the time instead of proactive. This is changing slowly. Vacation time is taken during company wide shut down and you are penalized for taking non paid days off.

      Pros

      They are a global company with good vision. There is limited competition in their market. Great management pending the location you work at. Good pay and benifits. They have experimented with some alternative work schedule, but struggling to manage them.

      Cons

      Some divisions are very close minded and micro managing, particularly the corporate and engineering group in NJ. With great vision of functionality, the are the struggles to break the mold of this is what have done.

      Pros

      I enjoy the work I do and most of my coworker, within and outside of my department, have good positive attitudes. This has made working here a very good experience.

      Cons

      Employee accountability is almost entirely overlooked. Anytime a mistake is made, a finger is pointed toward someone from upstream in the manufacturing process.
