Pros

There is the potential to make a lot of money here. 4x4 schedule is nice if you work day shift. 401k match is very good. High employee turnover means you can move up easily if you are intelligent and motivated.

Cons

You have to work a lot of hours to make enough money to live comfortably. Starting pay is embarrassing. 4x4 can be exhausting if you work night shift. Subcom is famous for ruining marriages. Your intelligence and motivation will decline the longer you work here.
