The rate of pay was decent?

Cons

Overcharging customers while having to justify price gauging with the expectation of keeping every customer. Empty promised incentives for up selling. Interoffice drama, similar to the movie Horrible Bosses, yet this is not a comedic experience. Finally, there is no job security whatsoever. Witnessed innumerable lay offs, mass firing, unfair treatment of employees and intentional mistreatment to push older employees out the door who would otherwise be capable of continuing to work. Overall very poor place to work.

None That is how bad it is.

Cons

Bad management. Don't follow laws. Push employees out the door. Do not train employees correctly and put them in trucks without the knowledge to perform their duties correctly or safely. Treat lower management ops managers like slaves. haul propane tanks full to customer sites which in a big no. Work drivers past there hours of service. You are to have no life during the cold months always be at work and ready to answer your phone on weekends and nights for call outs.
