      Worst company I've ever been

      Pros

      You leave at decent time. Rarely do any overtime. Good if you have kids you need to pick up and drive to their after school activities.

      Cons

      Very hostile environment. People have been there for a long time so they tend to get territorial with their job. Everyone thinks they're the best thing that ever happened to the company. With that, most of them has no clue of what their doing. I think they can get rid of half the company and they'll still be standing like nothing happened. Will not recommend this company to friends and foes alike. If you're dumb and wants to do nothing then come and join but if your smart and works hard find a good company that can actually use your brain, not this one.

      Pros

      Great incentives, raffles, decent people.

      Cons

      Management should compensate employees for their merit and not give raises across the board. Not a motivation to take on more work while others slack off. Yearly reviews are with an overall score of 4, which never happens. They are designed to keep you at a certain level of pay and position. Benefits keep going up every year, but not the salary.

      Pros

      The checks don't bounce.For the most part fellow employees are good people. All in the same boat.

      Cons

      Unachievable goals set by company. Raises and bonuses giving out buy achieving those goals. A win win for them. Suburban has a history of only being concerned about the stock holder. Employees are the last thing the worry about.
