Every 3rd week, was on call for 24/7. This company takes advantage of its workers, the drivers are literally the workhorse and whipping boy to put it honestly. The location I was at was particularly bad do to a high conflict work environment that just take the challenges to a whole new level, even the management going 2 tiers higher is has a reputation for being verbally abusive behavior to management. If you are like me in that you want to do the absolute best you can, efficiently as you can, go somewhere else.

Slow days are reallll slow, work an occasional weekend day during winter.
