If you're looking to coast without much accountability and merely collect a paycheck going through the motions - this place may be for you.

Cons

Terrible management throughout the company. Robotic black/white decisions. Like talking to robots. No human compassion or context is used when dealing with employees or strategies. You are just another number. Things move slower than molasses. Pay is below market value. Wouldn't suggest anyone work here. Honestly, terrible all the way around. People who swallow any sense of self-pride work here.
