      Pros

      Close to home, I did like my branch manager.

      Cons

      Low wages, outdated procedures, no room for advancement. My personal branch had very difficult co-workers. ECE program was my main reason for leaving.

      Pros

      You will receive an hour lunch, you will be compensated for any overtime needed to complete tasks and/or projects, employee propane and oil discount, Suburban throws holiday parties, and the office staff is very friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      The company sets you up for failure. The sales goals are high and your raises and bonuses are contingent upon you meeting your budget. You will receive a lot of work to do out of general customer service for the same pay rate. You will see that the employees in the corporate office are treated better than the customer service center employees.

      They leave you alone to sell and make money . Decent benefits that got worse every year

      Cons

      Lack of real sales guidance, lack of respect, tight on budget to purchase new equipment, hypocrite at mgmt level, no opportunity to move up
