Pros
Co-Workers are good and customers aren't so bad.
Cons
Mangement is horrible, there is absolutely no appreciation, its like going to hell for 9 hours a day, there is always drama, management is over stressed and takes it out on staff, the two managers don't even work well together, beyond there we were never staffed properly so the staff that is there is worn down. There is also no career growth here even if they say there is and absolutely no raises more than .20 a year when management gets a huge bonus for the work we do.
