Pros

You can have fun with coworkers. You get to chat with regular customers and get connections with them.

Cons

Working alone especially at night. A lot of perverts out there. The stress of having a line out the door while you are working by yourself. The pay can suck and some stores are sexist. I had men making more than me even though I was over them management wise.

Pros

Company-sponsored social events and parties, free breakfast and lunch.

Cons

Raffle prizes, free movie tickets, and other similar small giveaways do not compensate for the fact that salaries are very low, the performance reviews grueling, raises skimpy, and benefits EXTREMELY poor for a company of this size. The environment in the HQ offices is very stressful, and all these factors - along with unresponsive management - contribute to very poor overall morale and working conditions.

Pros

You are surrounded by nice people to work with, managers are flexible with schedules and personally help train you to be successful.

Cons

Tends to be understaffed. A lot of hours are cut and can be difficult to serve customers while completing other responsibilities.
