Pros
Free Movies, Lunch & Breakfast (If you want to eat Subway everyday) and Events were a good benefit.
Cons
Training is poor, they will only show you once what needs to be done. If you don't take good notes you won't be able to do your job. Managers and Trainers are unapproachable and don't want to answer any questions especially if they think they have trained you once already. I was told it was a Sr. Accounting position but was really A/R clerk job. Benefits also are not very good and cost a lot for what you received. This job was located in a warehouse shipping center. Working conditions were unacceptable. Very little heat in the winter and air conditioning did not work well. Also bathrooms are disgusting. They were times were there was no running water.
