Pros

The hours are ok most of the time Can have easy shifts

Cons

Can have long rough shifts non stop sandwich making and no time to do the other chores on list like prep and clean things and without a break. Management isn't great. Especially when their kids work there and seems like they get to pick what they want to work and not work. Can be rude. Regional managers dont offer much guidance or support.

Pros

Pro? Your coworkers if you manage to actually get scheduled with any.

Cons

The kind of job where they add more and more responsibilities to your plate while simultaneously refusing to offer any managerial or shift support. You’ll start by making sandwiches, then a week later they kick you to completely solo shifts while nagging that the work you do entirely alone isn’t enough to run an entire store. Crazy how that seems to pan out. Read google reviews for receipts, this store being chronically understaffed by owners that don’t care will be its death.
