Pros

This is a good company if you like to have a comfortable and highly repetitive job. Overall, the people were friendly and the pay and benefits were very good (the benefits were better than the pay).

Cons

The work can be very tedious and nothing they are doing is particularly innovative. Can get very boring very quickly. The staff is somewhat married to their old technological ways, so if you prefer to work in forward thinking place this is not for you.

Pros

Interesting work in a "market leading" organizations.

Cons

Long hours and corporate politics are difficult to navigate. You need to get to know the right people, in the right office, to advance. They have recently begun to scale back incentive opportunities for lower-level employees which makes working there less desirable given the stress level and dealdines you will need to deal with.

Pros

Great benefits and pay for consultants and attracting talent. They work with the best in class physicians and are truly service focused. Deadlines are critical and your managers will never let you forget that.

Cons

Micro management and no water cooler conversations were allowed for the support staff. Literally, threatened to interact with anyone outside your own team. This made it difficult to know other people. Leadership knows everything, and every conversation and dialogue is filtered upwards, so beware. Your business is their business. There is unsaid critique between few functions and eventually the new employees learn the way.
