Pros

Good benefits, nice HQ, good people, lower management work really hard

Cons

Micro managed and unrealistic goals. Never get full payout for gainshare as they increase goals if we get too close through the year. Will only give raises/promotions if you've already been doing the job for a year or forced (like giving notice or getting another job offer) and you should take what they say at face value unless it's in writing (will promise promotions and not deliver). Upper management does not care for the individual and we are just numbers to them. They exploit workers to cut costs for labor. Inconsistent in many areas.

Pros

Easy integration into the business. Great work environment. Innovative projects to work on. Great benefits.

Cons

Trending towards more corporate work environment norms. Not always flexible. Pay is not competitive to the general field.

Pros

Benefits and Profit Sharing, PTO.

Cons

Not only are you expected to do your “titled” job, but you will also “help” the Contact Center every day in only 8 hours. No overtime. Having time to “help” is one thing, but when you cannot keep up with the job you have due to staffing shortages, expectations at Summit are unrealistic and unattainable. Employees are leaving in large numbers every month. What does that tell you? The poor new employees are not trained properly and are miserable. Recipe for disaster. How is Summit going to succeed with no “seasoned” employees? They are leaving due to burn out. Not only do the employees suffer with this recipe, but so do Summit’s members. Can someone please tell upper management to fix the broken wheel?
