Pros

Lots of programs to learn thing other than your core job. Management is fine to an extent. Can negotiate good salary. Couple of allowances like Food/Internet/Phone that you are entitled for free.

Cons

Transport policy sucks. Managements folks tend to get things done from junior folks a lot and they relax. Not a good place if you want to learn new things. Boring jobs and nothing to learn practically.

Pros

Work-life balance - You can work anywhere, decide your work days and working hours. Type of work - "Work" is talking to friends/people, providing financial advise. Noble job - We help people reach their target financial goals and immortalize their love for their family. We provide income replacement, asset preservation, wealth accumulation. We are the professionals who don't charge consultation fees. The only professionals who give you money when you see us, not the other way around. Compensation - There is no limit to how much you earn. You write your own paycheck. Benefits - Group insurance like no other! Perks - Rewards, awards, concerts, activities, recognitions and travels, travels, travels! Knowledge - Estate tax and financial knowledge. Growth - Exposure to all people from all walks of life.

Cons

No salary. (I'm being forced to type more 'coz of the "20 word minimum" requirement. Seriously??)

Pros

Great people to work with. Always lots of interesting and challenging work. Competitive salaries and flexible benefit package. Market leader.

Cons

Organization matrix is too complex. Decisions take too long due to the number of people who need to weigh in. Too much process to deliver IT projects which turns into too much overhead and inefficiencies. Middle managers are not always selected based on competencies vs. friends/acquaintances and employees pay the price by reporting to individuals who cannot do their jobs and they end of leaving (high turnover rate in some areas)
