      Pros

      Coworkers make it a fun environment, flexible schedule because they love to cut hours, employee sale every 4 months,

      Cons

      Micromanagement, lack of creativity, forces everyone to change into this "cookie cutter" sales associate, constant management changes, no real care for employees, rarely attain positive feedback it's always negative. If you make $1,200 in one day, management will only focus on the fact that you didn't sell enough accessories or get enough people's names.

      Flexible schedule, decent store discount, freedom to add your own spin on how to run your store, lot of training opportunity

      Cons

      Work by yourself in single coverage environment, no real solutions to minimize theft, no real options for upward movement, clique environment, high expectations for little pay, missing commission/spiff payments, salary managers expected to track own pto, poor in store technology (registers consistently down to the point where it’s the norm to fill out manual receipts) Overall the company wants so badly to be on the same level as the high end luxury fashion houses whose frames they produce, but they are run by out of touch, no-fashion sense, simpletons.
