      Pros

      Sunglass Hut is a great place to work. Amazing benefits, tremendous growth opprotunity, and we have some of the best customers out there.

      Cons

      With that being said, they are still a baby company in many ways and have a lot more growing to do in terms of processes, who is in management and their (at times) lack of knowledge and professionalism. Overall a great place to work!

      Pros

      Good work environment, fun products, opportunities to grow personally, good medical benefits, good training programs, real ability to challenge the process, and (somewhat) flexible hours.

      Cons

      VERY poor pay at the store level, some unrealistic monthly increase projections that are not in line with regular company growth make reaching substantial commission almost impossible, knowing who to trust is always a concern (although I guess that's true at any job), many inconsistencies in how different regions are run.
